Returns

»  Deadline

With us you have the possibility to return the purchased goods to us within 30 days.

Please try to keep this deadline, even if 1-2 days may not matter.

»Return Costs

We do NOT take over any costs for the return!

You have to bear the costs for the return shipment. Normally, our goods can be sent as letters.

»Refund

At the latest when we have received the goods, we will refund you the amount paid!

We use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the payment.

Checklist

Our recommendation for the return:
  1. Check item
    Please check if the item is in perfect condition.
  2. Include a note
    Attach a note to the shipment with your name, invoice number and reason for return.
  3. Pack well
    Pack the item so that it is well protected during shipping and cannot be damaged. If possible, use the same packaging as you received the item.
  4. Recipient
    Send the shipment to the following address:

  5. Refund
    At the latest when the item has arrived with us, we will refund the amount paid.

Exchange

  2. Check availability
    Check here in the store if we still have the desired item in stock. (www.biker-bells.com)
  3. Add a note
    Attach a note to the shipment with your name, your invoice number, the reason for the exchange and all important info like size, color, etc.
  4. Postage
    It is not obligatory, but we would appreciate it if you would enclose a stamp for the return of the exchanged item. Of course, this is not possible for customers from abroad, because each postal company has its own stamps. Your shipment will cost us 6,00€. If you would add this amount to the shipment, that would be awesome!
  5. Pack well
    Pack the item so that it is well protected during shipping and cannot be damaged. If possible, use the same packaging, as you received the item.
  6. Recipient
